Abusive Behaviour

Abusive Behavior (formerly Equal Treatment) is a question module that captures experiences of abusive behavior; the module consists of 4 questions for all respondents, with follow-up questions based on specific answers given.

All questions in the Abusive Behavior module are available under a separate view, "Analyse", in "My Results". Both main questions and more detailed, sensitive follow-up questions are reported here - but only for groups with at least 30 respondents to ensure anonymity. This view is only available to users with an HR role.

Note that even for groups with at least 30 respondents, a few of them may actually have answered only specific questions; thus, 30 respondents located in a group is not always enough.

The main questions in the package that have a lower sensitivity level are also included in the usual standard reporting (in the results page "Questions"), where managers can also see these results.

Some of the questions above are multiple choice questions; if you select the option "Other" in these, a follow-up question in the form of a free text question is also added, where the respondent can develop their answer.
