Abusive behaviour vs. Sensitive questions - What is the difference?
In "My Results", if you have sufficient permissions, there are two different pages/tabs that present slightly more sensitive results - "Abusive behavior" and "Sensitive questions". How do these differ?
Analyse - Abusive behaviour
For the "Abusive behaviour" question module, there is a special tab (under "Analyse" in "My Results"), where these questions, more sensitive in nature, are presented. This tab is generally only available to HR users.
Some of the questions included in the "Abusive behaviour" question module are classified as main questions, and are also presented in "Questions" for managers. You can read more about this here: 📌 Abusive behaviour
Analyse - Sensitive questions
If you create your own, customer-specific questions from the Library, you can mark questions as sensitive by a setting (the "Sensitive question" slider) when the question is created or edited. This means that the question will not be presented to managers in the "Questions" view.
Custom/customer-specific questions marked as sensitive will instead be presented under the "Sensitive questions" tab, next to the "Abusive behaviour" tab. "Sensitive questions" is also generally only available to HR users; with other words, this tab includes the results for sensitive questions that are not part of the "Abusive behaviour" question module.
