Why can't I see action plans?
Why do I only see "Statistics" in "Action Plans"?
A common reason why no action plans are visible or can be found in "Action Plans" is our default settings. These only allow action plans to be created for teams, and not for summaries.
Try selecting a team instead of a summary in the group selector at the top of the page, and then see if "Action Plan" can be selected in the left side menu "Action Plans"!

It is possible to get help from us at Brilliant to turn on action plans for summaries.
However, this is something that needs to be discussed and confirmed with decision-makers (administrators) on your end as a customer, before it can be taken further; allowing action plans for summaries has a major impact on the statistics for action plans, as the platform in these cases assumes that all summaries create action plans. Turning on action plans for summaries is also something that can only be done on account level, which therefore affects the entire organisation.
