What is the easiest way to see connections and deviations?

The scatterplot is a good tool for finding deviations, connections and ”best practice”. Place two different factors against each other, and see, for example, what is driving ”General satisfaction”.

Do as follows:

  1. Select the menu selection Scatterplot
  2. Select 2 different factors in the X- and Y-axis. E.g. ”General satisfaction” in relation to ”Engagement”.
  3. Select a period (day, week, month, year or unrestricted interval)
  4. Select an organisational level (detailed level)
  5. Update the page by clicking on the Update button.

Note. To hide the employees' names in the scatterplot, uncheck the Show labels box (beneficial if you want to bring up a report where the employees should be anonymous).

As standard, the results in the scatterplot are displayed with a dynamic scale, which means that the scale starts with the lowest results and not with 0. It is possible to change this if you do not want the axes to be adapted according to lowest and highest results by unchecking the Dynamic scale box.

If you also have other key performance indicators imported in Brilliant Navigator, customer experience can be set against such a key performance indicator, e.g. ”Average talk time” or ”Number of sales”.
