Why do we have a different result when applying benchmark in My Reports compared to what we see in other report pages/graphs?

A report using the "Use selected Benchmark Group's criteria" setting limits your results to only include those that match the criteria of the benchmark group you choose to compare against.

The criteria are defined by Brilliant, and if you compare yourself, for example, against the industry "Bank", it is only your Bank data that is included, and that gives you a relevant comparison.

To compare freely, use the "Use custom criteria" setting.
