Is it possible to export an "older" report, if, for example, I want to see what the result looked like a previous year or month?

Yes it's possible. On the first page of My Reports, select "Export" under the Powerpoint or Excel symbol.
Then select "Previous report" and search in the time interval for which period you want the report to show data for.
