How does Brilliant handle personal data in conversation analysis?
All handling complies with ISO 27001 and GDPR and is aligned with the upcoming EU AI Act and DORA. PII extraction (Personally Identifiable Information) is used to automatically identify and mask sensitive data such as names, addresses, and phone numbers. No data is used for model training, shared with third parties, or transferred outside the EU. After anonymization, original files are deleted according to Brilliant’s data retention principles.
