Is there a view where it is possible to see the response rate?

Yes. The report image is called "Response rate at organizational level" alternatively "Response rate per survey". In the "Show columns" drop-down list, specify what data you want to include:

Saved = The number of contact details (phone numbers or email addresses) of respondents registered in Brilliant Navigator. If you have an integration between your system and Brilliant Navigator, this number corresponds to the number of respondents that Brilliant received during the period. If you use manual recruitment, the number corresponds to the number of respondents registered by the employee himself in the system.

Offered = Number of surveys Brilliant sent based on the contact details saved. The difference between these values is due to the fact that several filters are in place that affect which surveys are sent out, for example whether the data has the correct format or not.

Answered = The number of answers received.

Response rate = The difference between offered and answered, presented as %
