What data does Copilot use in its answers?

Copilot uses only the data you have collected in Brilliant, such as:

• Customer surveys
• Open-text comments
• NPS, CSAT
• Historical trends (up to six months back)

This means that all answers are based on actual customer insights — not general assumptions or external data.
