Emails & templates

In the platform, you can easily create, edit, and translate messages using ready-made templates, live preview, and machine translation support.

Emails are to be sent, messages conveyed, and surveys answered. To achieve this, you need email texts in relevant languages and a link to the survey. As inspiration, we have created some templates that you can use as a starting point or adopt as they are.

We determine the format to ensure that all critical elements are included and that the email behaves as expected across different browsers and email clients. While the format is fixed, the content is entirely up to you.

We encourage you to customise the communication material in a way that makes the text feel like it comes from your organisation. Words and tonality that your respondents recognise increase the likelihood that they will participate in the survey. Another element that adds to the recognition factor is your logo, which we set up when your customer account is created.

Create, edit, and preview

In the view where you create and edit your email texts, you will always have a preview on the right. On the left, you will find editable fields with suggested texts. When you select a field, the preview immediately indicates which part of the text you are editing.

Fill in your text in the fields, click update at the top right of the page - and it's done! Don’t forget to save when you’re happy.

Translations

As soon as the master language is set and saved, you can switch to the translation tab in the same view. Here, you can choose which of your available languages you want to translate the text into and add them. You can manually write the text or let the platform machine translate the content for you, giving you time to do something else way more fun!
