Export result

This article describes where and how results can be exported, and in what formats.

Summary

Here, the results shown are based on the chosen group in the group selector at the top of the page, as well as the specific survey selected. There are also settings for parameters, like comparisons between different surveys for example, when the type of export has been selected: 

  • PPT/Powerpoint
  • PDF
  • Rawdata

NPS

Here, any free text answers can be exported to Excel.

Questions

Here, you can export results to PDF.

In the "Questions" view, there are a number of settings for the results shown; everything from comparisons for selection of groups and specific surveys, to which questions and response scales (if possible) should be displayed and presented.

If there are free text answers for open ended questions that have been submitted, these can be exported to Excel.

Act

In this view, you can export the results to Excel, by the download button below the headline "Responses & Comments".
