Flat structure
In a flat structure, all respondents are placed in a single group. There are no summaries or subgroups.
To break down and analyse results in a flat structure, variables such as country, region, location, customer segment, etc. need to be included as background variables. Otherwise, results are reported collectively for the entire group of respondents.
Importing Respondents
The import file is prepared in Excel and uploaded to Brilliant’s platform using what we call a batch import – a way to import many respondents at once.
Note: Requires basic Excel knowledge and minimal manual effort.
