Summary vs. Respondent group

Summaries display aggregated results from underlying groups, while respondent groups contain the actual respondents and their results.

There are two types of groups in the platform: summaries and respondent groups. The difference between them is:

  • Summaries compile results from underlying groups and do not contain any respondents themselves

  • A summary can include multiple underlying summaries

  • Respondent groups contain the actual respondents and their results

To make this easier to keep track of in the platform, summaries are marked in blue and respondent groups in pink.
