Send Action Plan reminders

As an administrator, you can send an email to managers to remind them about the action planning process. The message includes a link to the platform and practical tips to help them move forward.

As an administrator, you can send an email from the platform to all or selected managers using a ready-made template – suitable regardless of where they are in the action planning process. The template is translated into all available platform languages.

How to do it

  1. Navigate to "Organisation" > "Manage Organisation"

    • Select the relevant group – this can be the entire organisation, a summary group, or an individual team. You can select as many groups as needed.

  2. In the user view, locate the "Is Manager" column

    • If the column is missing, add it via the eye icon in the top right corner of the view

    • Click the three dots (• • •) to the right of the "Is Manager" column header

    • Select "Yes" to only show users who are managers

  3. Select all users

    • At the top of the view of all users, the the left of the "Full Name" column

  4. At the top of the user view, choose "Send Email"

    • Select "Action Plan Reminder" and then click "Send"

  5. The email contains a reminder, a link to the platform, and short tips on how to proceed with creating an action plan.
