Action Plan Statistics
Shows the progress of the organisation's groups in their follow-up work – divided into completed, ongoing, and not yet started action plans.
The Statistics pages consist of two tabs: “Overview” and “Explore”, and are available to users with access to summary groups.
The Overview tab provides a quick snapshot, while the Explore tab allows for deeper filtering. Both tabs include filters for survey, time period, and group size settings.
For users with access to multiple groups: the statistics reflect the group (and any subgroups) selected at the top of the page.

Explore
Filter results by survey, time period, groups, status, focus areas, and group size (settings).
- Surveys
- Select the latest survey, one or more previous ones – you can select multiple at once.
- Time Period
- Displays groups with action plans relevant to the selected period, regardless of their current status or when the plan was started.
- For example, an action plan may have been activated before the time period but marked as completed during the selected time frame – and would then be included in the statistics for completed action plans for that period.
- Note: Action plans can be created without being directly linked to a survey.
- Selection
-
- View statistics for the entire organisation or selected parts – multiple groups can be selected at once.
- Status
- View statistics based on a specific status or multiple statuses – useful for quickly identifying groups without action plans.
- Focus Area
- View action plans linked to specific focus areas – use the Overview to identify key areas from your results and then explore which groups are working with which topics.
- Settings
- Choose to show or hide groups with fewer than 3 respondents (and therefore no generated result insights) – helps ensure more relevant statistics by showing progress only for groups expected to work with action plans.
