Is it possible to access results for an ongoing survey?

No, it is not possible to access results for an active survey. 

The results for a survey are not calculated until the end date and time have been reached. Once the automatic calculation is complete, results can be seen in the platform; usually only for HR roles in the first stage. Once it is time for the scheduled report to be sent out to managers, the visibility of the results is switched so that managers can also see the results.
