After reviewing your results, it's crucial to take action on them—maintaining strengths and developing areas that need improvement.

Team actions

The engine in Brilliant's method is the teams' insights and the Brilliant Workshop. Act on the most critical insights to achieve engagement for each team by discussing the current state, desired state, and defining actions in a plan to create the necessary behaviors. The platform is built around this concept.
