The work environment forms the basis for employees feeling a sense of engagement in their work. the company is successful. In turn, this will likely affect employee behavior. If employees become more
motivated, energized, focused, and managed, they will not only be more productive and effective, but
also become more loyal to the organisation. They will recommend the organisation as a place of work and become real ambassadors for the organisation.
