Can we use QR codes?

QR codes simplify data collection by allowing respondents to use their smartphones to complete surveys – a great solution for organisations where employees don’t have their own email addresses.

How to do it

  1. Create a QR code linked to the URL: https://www.brilliantinsights.se/pin-code-logon

    • As the customer, you are responsible for the QR code, which includes generating it, linking it to Brilliant’s URL, and providing support.

  2. Create your survey

  3. Choose the distribution method – PIN code

    • Option 1 (Standard)

      • Managers receive an email with a team-specific PIN code for their team.

    • Option 2

      • HR exports a list of team PIN codes from the platform and shares them with each respective team. (Note: An email will still be sent to the manager of each team.)

Important! QR codes are only compatible with the PIN code solution and do not work with traditional email distribution, as all respondents would then receive their own unique link. The PIN code link is static, which makes the use of QR codes possible.
