Which results do managers have access to?
Managers' access to the results reflects the organisational structure.
A manager who leads a larger group, such as a business unit, has access to all results within the unit, including both summaries and teams. A team manager, however, only has access to their own team's results and comparisons against higher-level summaries.
Below is an example of an organisational structure and different permissions.
📌 More about roles and permissions.
Tip! A summary can include several underlying summaries. See, for example, the "Revenue" summary, which contains two underlying summaries: "Marketing" and "Sales".
Manager – Summary "Revenue"
The manager of "Revenue" has access to and can compare all results within the summary — "Marketing" and "Sales" — including underlying teams, as well as comparisons against higher-level groups in the structure, in this case the top group "Organisation Total".
Manager – Team "Sales South"
The team manager for "Sales South" can compare their results against higher-level summaries in the structure, in this case "Sales", "Revenue", and the top group "Organisation Total".
Note! Team managers can never compare their results sideways — that is, against other managers — only against higher-level summaries in the structure.
