eNPS Response Scale - Visual Update
In line with WCAG, we are now changing the eNPS response scale from a slider to individual buttons for each response option. This update is purely visual and does not affect calculations or results.
What is WCAG?
WCAG stands for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and is an international standard aimed at making digital content more accessible, especially for people with disabilities. The guidelines are developed by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) through their WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative).
The purpose of WCAG is to ensure that websites, apps, and other digital services can be used by as many people as possible—regardless of their abilities.

Below you'll find the main principles of WCAG. Notice point two regarding navigation of interfaces using a keyboard—based on this, the slider is now being replaced with individual buttons.
The Main Principles of WCAG
-
Perceivable – Content must be presented in ways users can perceive (e.g., text alternatives for images).
-
Operable – Users must be able to operate the interface (e.g., using a keyboard).
-
Understandable – Content and interface must be easy to understand.
-
Robust – Content must be usable across different browsers, assistive technologies, and environments.
