Change manager for a group
Sometimes changes are made in the organisation, where adjustments are needed regarding managers for both teams and summaries.
For both teams and summaries, changing the registered manager is handled the same way:
- Go to the organizational structure ("Manage organization").
- Search for and find the group for which the manager is to be changed.
Select to edit the group. - For the "Manager" option, search for, find and select the user you want to choose as manager for the group. Note that there needs to be an active user existing in the organizational structure to be selectable here.
- Save the change.
If you have an ongoing survey, it is important to be aware when it comes to manager changes for teams: If a manager changes during an ongoing survey, respondents in the affected team may have already answered the survey. If this is the case, the respondents have answered to the past manager for any leadership-related questions.
