How do I add a user?
Users are administered under the menu selection Users. Only users with management authorisation or superuser authorisation have access to this page. You can add new user, inactivate persons who have finished, change information or send out login details here.
To add a user you click on the New user button. You then bring up a user card where you fill in information. If are you unsure about what should be entered in a field, you can move the cursor over the orange symbol with a question mark on the right of the field to obtain more information.
Each user must have a user ID, which is the ID/reference the user has in the telephony system, or other system. If you send customer surveys automatically, it is important that Brilliant Navigator has the same ID registered for the users as is sent to us in connection with the call-off.
It is possible to have several different IDs/references for a user if you need to send call-offs with different references to the same person. For example, for surveys of incoming phone calls where the reference is an ID in the telephony platform, and for e-mail surveys where you have another system with another ID.
Contact support@brilliantfuture.se if you do not have a field enabling you to enter an additional reference.
Don't forget to check the Send login details box before you save, so that the user can create a password and log in.
