What Does the AI Summary Include?

The AI summary is a powerful tool that provides you with an overview of results and insights based on comments and data collected during the previous month. Here's an explanation of what's included in the AI summary and how it works.

For Agents

  1. Agent's Performance Analysis
    The AI summary provides a detailed text summary of the agent's performance. It analyzes factors affecting results and offers insights into any changes over time.

  2. Text Analysis: Agent's 3+ / 3-
    This section highlights three positive and three negative comments from the agent's collected feedback. It gives a quick overview of both strengths and areas for improvement.

  3. Agent's Sentiment
    Each comment is analyzed and classified as positive, negative, or neutral. The sentiment distribution is displayed in a pie chart, making it easy to see the overall mood regarding the agent's performance.

  4. Agent's Highlight of the Month
    A particularly notable positive quote from the agent's collected comments is featured as the highlight of the month. This quote reflects the agent's strengths and successes during the month.

For Other Entities (Team, Department, etc.)

  1. Entity's Performance Analysis
    Similar to the agent's analysis, this section provides a text summary and insights into how different factors are impacting the team's or department's performance, as well as any changes.

  2. Text Analysis: Entity's 3+ / 3-
    Here, three positive and three negative comments collected from the team or department are summarized, providing a balance between what is working well and what can be improved.

  3. Entity's Sentiment
    All comments are assigned a sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral), and the distribution is presented in a pie chart. This offers a visual representation of the overall mood within the team or department.

  4. Entity's Highlight of the Month
    A particularly positive quote from the entity's comments is highlighted to showcase a special achievement or significant progress.

  5. Entity's Current Topics
    Each comment is analyzed and assigned one or more topics. A graph displays the distribution of these topics, making it easy to identify which topics have been most prominent.

How Does It Work?

Every month, an automated AI analysis is run using the latest technology from ChatGPT, provided via Microsoft AZURE with data centers in Sweden. This analysis is performed on the last day of the month, and the results are delivered as a summary on the morning of the first day of the new month.

For the Text Analysis Section:

  • Agent: For the agent to view their section of the report, at least 5 comments from the previous month are required. Additionally, the team must have collected at least 15 comments for the agent to be able to see the team's section of the report.

  • Team and Other Entities: At least 15 comments must be collected during the previous month for a report to be generated, regardless of how the comments are distributed within the team.

Please note that the AI summary is based solely on transaction surveys.
