About Benchmark Groups in Dashboard and My Reports
Why can’t I see all benchmark groups on the Dashboard?
On the Dashboard, you can only compare your results against the benchmark groups that your company is actively participating in.
If you want to access additional benchmark groups, you can do so via My Reports.
Which benchmark groups are available in the “Benchmark” dropdown?
In the Benchmark dropdown under My Reports, you will see the industry and benchmark groups linked to your company. Currently, Brilliant offers the following groups:

Insurance
-
Finance
-
Energy
-
Retail
-
Interest and Membership Organizations
-
Bank
-
Universal Bank
-
Niche Bank
-
Municipality
To contribute your data to a specific benchmark group, the surveys set up in Navigator must meet certain criteria.
Additional benchmark groups are available under Brilliant Index Inbound, where all companies using Brilliant’s phone surveys can view the results.
