I can choose between several different Benchmark groups in the "Benchmark" drop-down list. What is the difference?

The "Benchmark" drop-down list shows the industry/benchmark that has been set for you as a company.

Currently, Brilliant offers the following benchmark groups:

Insurance
Finance
Energy
Retail
NGO:s
Banking
Universal bank
Niche bank
Municipality

In order to feed (contribute with your data) to a specific benchmark group, the surveys must meet certain criteria. Additional benchmark groups are available where all companies that measure with Brilliant via telephone surveys have the opportunity to see; "Brilliant Index Inbound".
