I can't log in to Brilliant Navigator, what should I do?
Here are some tips if you or a colleague are finding it difficult to log in:
- The account locks temporarily if you repeatedly enter incorrect user details. Wait a few minutes and then try again.
- Click on the “Forgot password?” link in the login box if you are still not able to log in. Enter your user name or e-mail address to receive a mail where you can create a new password.
- Bear in mind that the password field is sensitive to lower and upper case letters, follow the requirements indicated.
