Warning for Low Volume

Why am I receiving the “few responses” message?

When working with statistics, information is collected from a sample of a larger group, called the population.

If the sample size is small, the results become less reliable when making conclusions about the entire population.
This means that if you have a low number of responses, you should be cautious when interpreting what the entire customer base thinks.

When is the message displayed?

The message appears when you choose to compare your results against a benchmark group and the number of responses for the selected period is low.

Benchmark rules for factors (NPS rules change 150 to 300)

To meet the requirements, the following rules apply:

  • At least 30 responses per month

  • At least 150 responses in total for the entire period (for NPS: 300 responses)

  • Each month must meet the minimum of 30 responses, regardless of the total sum

Examples

1-month period:

  • Requirement: 150 responses in total

3-month period:

  • Month 1: at least 30 responses

  • Month 2: at least 30 responses

  • Month 3: at least 30 responses

  • Total: at least 150 responses
