How do I conduct a coaching meeting?

Prior to a coaching meeting, the employee needs to prepare by answering the questions in the coaching card.

It is a good idea if the meeting can subsequently be conducted from a shared computer, so that details can be entered and edited directly together with the employee. It is also possible to print out the questionnaire and results in PDF format, which can be brought along as the basis for discussion. Click on Export to PDF when you have the coaching card open.

In the coaching card it is also possible to save all the answers which both the employee and the coach have written prior to a meeting together with the employee's results for the key performance indicators set.

At the very top of the coaching card it shows which coach and employee it concerns, the time and date for the meeting, and the period for which the meeting applies (evaluation period). The coach can also access all customer questionnaires here which the employee has received during the evaluation period. Click on the link View surveys (the Answers and comments page opens in a new window).

During the meeting, both the employee and the coach can add comments that arise during the meeting. The coach can also select to enter some general tips for the employee in the Keep in mind, which is then displayed on the dashboard page for the employee.

The coach can also enter new targets for each key performance indicator (the one that is below Result), which coach and employee have arrived at together during the meeting. The targets apply for the forthcoming period and are displayed as a bar at the next meeting. The existing target bar in the relevant coaching card is not changed.

When the coaching meting is completed, as coach you click on Mark the meeting as completed.
