How do I create a meeting in Brilliant Coaching?
When you create a new meeting for the first time for an employee, the standard key performance indicators that Brilliant has set are preselected, but can be changed. The next time you create a new meeting for an employee, the previously selected key performance indicators are preselected. Do as follows to create a new coaching meeting:
- Select Brilliant Coaching in the menu and then the Create new button. You need to have a team selected in the detailed level selector first.
- Select employee, manuscript, date and time for meeting, evaluation period and key performance indicators. If you have more meetings scheduled on the relevant date, this is displayed under the heading Other scheduled meetings on the date selected.
- There are now three alternatives to save the meeting:
- Save & open the invitation in calendar: The meeting is opened as a calendar item in your e-mail client (e.g. Outlook) and you can select to send the invitation from there. This means that you both have the meeting entered in your calendars.
- Save & send the invitation via e-mail: An e-mail is sent directly from Brilliant Navigator to the employee regarding the scheduled meeting. There is a standard text that you can edit before the e-mail is sent.
- Save. Nothing is sent to the employee.
