Data Retention Settings

Data retention settings are used to remove information such as names, phone numbers, and audio files, ensuring that only relevant and necessary data is retained. This helps maintain proper data handling and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

Standard Values for Respondent Data

  • Days before respondent data is anonymized: 548

  • Days before text comments from customer surveys are deleted: 365

  • Days before audio comments from customer surveys are deleted: 365

  • Days before comments from employee surveys are deleted: 730

Standard Values for Agent Data

  • Days before user data is anonymized: 731

The following fields in OrgPerson are checked against AnonymizationDaysOrgPersons:

  • Last login

  • Last offered respondent (NKI only, as no link exists for NMI)

  • Latest performance data

  • Creation date

Note: The user must not be flagged as a “Dummy” for anonymization to occur.
