How do I follow up the results from the latest employee survey?

The results of employee surveys are displayed under the menu selection, Employee pulse

Select survey in the drop down menu Select survey, and click on the Update button to bring up a summary of the average result per factor. Hold the cursor over a factor under the line graph to see which questions lie behind each factor.

To view the results by question, you can select a factor in the drop down menu Select factor; e.g. ”Engagement” (or all). Then click By question. The bar chart displays – depending on organisational level selected – team, unit, company and sector. Note. Scroll down the page to view all questions.

You can also compare the results for the survey selected with previous surveys. You do this by selecting Previous period under the alternatives for Select Period.

You can also see how different factors influence each other under the menu selection Scatter graph (more about this under the question ”What is the easiest way to view connections and deviations?”).
