Secure handling of sensitive information

Brilliant Navigator ensures that sensitive information (PII – Personally Identifiable Information) never ends up in the wrong hands. This includes details such as names, addresses, or phone numbers – in other words, GDPR-protected data.

With the help of advanced AI, such information is automatically identified in open-text responses and immediately masked. This way, the text becomes fully anonymous, yet still useful for analysis.
