Can a manager send its own questionnaires?

Yes, if a user with managerial authorisation is going to send out its own questionnaires, as superuser, you can select to click on Include in surveys for this user. You then bring up more fields where you should enter the manager's reference as well as affiliation. Click on the team in which the manager's results shall be entered.
