How do I move users to another team?
Managers with access to several teams can move users to other teams within the same company account. It is only possible to move users between the teams to which you have access.
When you move a user, the user's historic results do not go to the new team, but rather remain in the old one. This applies to all data; customer surveys, employee surveys and other key performance indicators. On the other hand, it is possible to still view historic data at employee level.
To move a user, you click on the symbol to the right of the user you want to move and then change unit and/or team for this user and select Save.
If you are going to move a large number of users, you can instead do as follows:
- In the detailed level, select the team the employee is in.
- Select role ”employee ”. An arrow and a button with the text Move selected is now displayed. Check the users you want to move and click on the Move selected button.
- Then select unit and team to which the user shall be moved and select Save.
