Why do I not receive answers to my customer surveys?

A lack of responses in customer surveys can have several causes. A common reason is that you have reached the monthly survey limit, meaning the maximum number of responses that can be collected in a given month.

If you are not receiving any responses at all, it may be due to a technical issue with the automated distribution function (if such a solution is in place). For example, an incorrect ID may be registered in your user profile in Brilliant Navigator.

In such cases, we recommend that you contact your manager or Brilliant Support for further assistance.
