Why do I not receive answers to my customer surveys?

Lack of answers in customer surveys can be due to various reasons. A common cause is that you have already reached your questionnaire limit. This is a predetermined number of responses you can receive each month. If you do not receive any responses at all, there might be a fault in the automatic solution that sends out the surveys (if you have such a solution in place). For example, the wrong ID might be entered in your user profile in Brilliant Navigator. If this is the case, please contact your manager or Brilliant, which can assist.
