Which permission types are there and what does each role see?
Brilliant Navigator has several different user roles:
- Superuser (manager with superuser-role)
- Manager
- Employee
A superuser has access to everything in the company account to which he or she belongs and can add and edit both manager and employee accounts. There is usually one or a few users with this user role per account depending on the customer's needs (our recommendation is to stick to a small numbers of superusers
A manager's user role can be restricted according to customer's wishes; access to all or parts of the account. A manager can only add and edit employee accounts for the teams which he/she is user role to view (not other managers). The manager views the results for the level to which he or she has access and compares with above levels.
An employee can only accesses his or her own results and compares with the team's overall results.
To set up an employee, refer to THIS article on how to proceed.
If you require Brilliant's assistance in setting up a manager or a superuser, a request must be made by a manager and sent to support@brilliantfuture.se.
