How do I remove/inactivate a user?

When a user finishes or is temporarily away for a substantial period (e.g. parental leave), you can inactivate the user. Inactivating a user means that he or she is no longer visible in Brilliant Navigator and neither is the user able to log in. The user's results will still be included in the overall results for the team to which the user belongs.

If you want to produce results for a user who is inactive or if the user returns, you can simply activate the user again.

We never completely delete a user, however the user is anonymised after a period as inactive. The results remain, but the personal data is erased.

If you wish to deactivate a user, start by finding the user and then deactivate by unchecking the box under Active.

If you want to activate a user who is inactive, begin by checking the box Show inactive. Then find the user and check the box under Active. The user will then be active again with the same login details as before.
