Where can I see the scheduled and completed meetings?

To find scheduled and completed meetings, start by logging into Brilliant Navigator.

Once logged in, go to the dashboard view. Select the team or employee whose meetings you want to view using the organization selector at the top of the page.

After selecting the organizational level, scroll down to the section titled Meetings. Then, click on the option See all meetings. A new window will appear showing meetings categorized into three statuses:

  • Passed
  • Unprepared
  • Completed

Passed

A passed meeting means that the scheduled date for the meeting has already passed. You can easily:

  • Edit the meeting time by clicking on the pen icon on the far right.
  • View the coaching card by clicking on the eye icon on the far right.
  • Delete the meeting by clicking on the trash can icon on the far right. Note that deleted meetings cannot be restored.

Unprepared

An unprepared meeting offers the same options as passed meetings (see above). The difference is that the scheduled time for the meeting has not yet passed.

Completed

A completed meeting means that the meeting has been marked as finalized. If you want to resume or make changes to the meeting, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the eye icon on the far right.
  2. Click the Reassign button.
  3. Make the necessary adjustments.
  4. Choose either Save and close (the meeting will be categorized as 'Passed' or 'Unprepared' depending on the scheduled time) or check Mark the meeting as completed to finalize it again.
