How do I send out questionnaires manually?

If you do not have an automatic integration with Brilliant Navigator, you can send out questionnaires yourself. You then have access to the menu selection Send surveys.
 
Do as follows to send out questionnaires:  
  1. Click on Send surveys in the menu, and a pop-up window will open. If the window does not appear, you probably need to make a setting in your web browser which allows pop-up windows.
  2. In the pop-up window, you register telephone number or e-mail address, and also select option/case type to which the matter relates. No characters or lines, only the number ”08223344”. Landline telephone numbers that end with ”00” are automatically excluded for questionnaire mail-outs as they are often switchboard numbers.
  3. Exceptions – calls that shall not be registered:   
    1. Forwarded calls (depending on what you have decided)
    2. Telephonist & switchboard calls
    3. Misdialled calls
  4. Click on save (the questionnaire is sent about 15 seconds after saved telephone number/e-mail address).    

Note. Send questionnaires on all cases, without evaluating yourself whether the contact has been ”good” or ”poor”. The customer may have a completely different perception of the call than you had.
