Survey Limits

Survey limits are used to avoid sending out more surveys than necessary. This helps reduce costs and prevents survey fatigue among your customers. The limits are intended as guidelines over time, and the typical range is 30–40 surveys per agent per month, distributed according to the following options:

Distribution Options

Month:
No specific distribution is applied. The system sends out surveys without additional logic.

Week:
Surveys are divided into four equal parts over the month.
Example for a limit of 40 surveys per agent:

  • Week 1: 10

  • Week 2: 20

  • Week 3: 30

  • Week 4: 40

Day:
Surveys are distributed daily, gradually increasing throughout the month.
Example for a limit of 40 surveys:

  • Day 1: 2

  • Day 2: 3

  • Day 3: 5

  • (…)

  • Day 31: 40
