Time Periods, Filtering, and Deviations
How do time intervals work?
In My Reports, only results from completed time periods are displayed.
This means that the results may differ from other pages in Navigator that show real-time or ongoing data.
Why do the results differ from those in “Customer Survey”?
Differences are usually due to filtering. Make sure you have selected the correct options:

Time interval

-
Minimum number of responses

Organizational level
Always preview the report to ensure that the filtering is applied correctly.
Can I get cumulative results?
Yes, you can view cumulative results by using the YTD (Year-To-Date) or MTD (Month-To-Date) time intervals.

YTD (Year-To-Date) shows results from the beginning of the year up to the current date, providing a comprehensive view of performance trends throughout the year.

MTD (Month-To-Date) shows results from the start of the month up to the current date, which is useful for tracking monthly performance.
