How can I view all questionnaire answers? Can I filter by a specific score?

Under the menu selection Answers and comments, managers can access a page where all individual questionnaire answers can be found.

This includes the following functions:

  • View each individual survey and how the customer has responded
  • Filter results with a specific score per question
  • Filter the results by case type
  • Filter the results by employee
  • Bring up sound files that are linked to customer reviews (telephone surveys)
  • Download customer comments; sound files (telephone surveys) or text comments (e-mail surveys)
  • See which telephone numbers or e-mail addresses responded
  • Search for a specific telephone number or e-mail address

Employees do not normally have access to this page.

Find survey responses with specific scores

  1. Select ”All” or select a specific survey
  2. Select period
  3. Select an organisational level (detailed level)
  4. Select a factor in the drop-down menu and enter a score scale for the survey responses you want to find.
  5. Update the page by clicking on the Update button.

You can also select to search solely by the surveys that have received a comment, click in the Comments box.

Listen through sound files

When you have searched for survey responses, you can download all comments for which you have received hits, thus avoiding having to click on them one at a time. For text comments, you click on Text comments under the heading Export to Excel and for sound files, you click on Customer comments under the heading Download audio files.
