How can I view the response frequency for the employee survey?

You can monitor the response frequency on a continuous basis during the actual survey period in order to remind the employees to respond when necessary. Select desired level of detail and ongoing survey and click on the Update button. You can also bring up the response frequency after a survey has been completed. To do that, you click on the Response button at the top right of the page.

The fewer responses to an anonymous questionnaire, the greater the risk that a person or a team can be identified in the workplace. To ensure anonymity when reporting the results, Brilliant has a limit that requires a minimum of 5 responses per team.

If the response percentage is lower than 60%, it is important to interpret the results with care. A low response frequency can be a sign of a lack of engagement or opinions in the team.
