How can I view results for specific case types/surveys?

If you work with different case types (button selection/options), you can select the type(s) for which you want to view results under the menu selection Customer survey. It is a good way to see what you are doing well and also the areas within which you need to develop. You do this with the filter Surveys.

You can also compare different surveys with each other, for example in the Result tab. You do this as follows:

  1. Select a factor, e.g. ”Engagement”
  2. Select ”All” or tick specific surveys in the filter Surveys
  3. Select how the outcome should be presented; in this case Compare surveys
