What is meant by a ”factor”?

The questions set for customers are each linked to a so-called ”factor”, for example, the question ”Grade how satisfied you are with the conversation as a whole” is linked to the factor ”General satisfaction”. Moving the cursor over a factor name in the graph enables you to view which question is set for the customer.
