In the platform's main menu on the left, you'll find the Library. This is where you manage questions, question modules, and communication materials. By "manage," we mean creating, editing, and deleting content for your surveys. The Library offers extensive customisation options, so it's important to apply a critical eye to ensure your surveys are sharp and relevant for respondents. With great possibilities comes great responsibility.

At Brilliant, we always advocate for and recommend working methodically with both surveys and follow-ups, using approaches we know from experience work well. At the same time, it’s important that you can imprint your own identity and style on email communications and surveys, so your customers recognise you. This contributes positively to response rates.

Purpose of the Library

We at Brilliant have developed a set of tested and validated questions for you to use as a starting point. Sometimes these fit perfectly, and other times they need to be adapted or supplemented to match your survey's purpose and goals.

Therefore, in the Library, you can both customise our questions and create your own.

What is a Question Module?

A question module is exactly what it sounds like, a module of questions. With question modules, it's quick to send out surveys. Instead of selecting question by question, you choose one of your created modules and get all the relevant content at once. You can create as many question modules as you like and tailor them to different target groups and purposes.

You structure the content of the question modules to best suit your needs. For example, one module with many questions, or several modules with fewer questions focusing on the same topics or categories.

Communication

Emails need to be sent, users need to understand, and surveys need to be answered. We provide a bunch of templates for this that you can use as-is or customise so that the text feels like it comes from you.

We determine the layout so that it works in different email clients and browsers, and you determine the content. Some elements need to be included, such as the button with a link to the survey.

Translations

As you create and edit content, you also need to keep an eye on translations if you work with multiple languages. All translations are done in a separate tab within each section (questions, question packages, email communication). Here, you can work manually or use our machine translation.
