In combination with ChatGPT, Brilliant’s platform processes your input and generates tailored activity suggestions based on your needs.

Improve and optimise your action plans with the help of Brilliant AI and the integration with ChatGPT. You’ll find the feature in step 5 when creating a new action plan.

How to do it

Important: For the platform to generate relevant activity suggestions, it needs information — in this case, your inputs for the current and desired situation.

  1. Work through the initial steps och "Preparations" and  "Intro & Prio", and select a focus area for your action plan
  2. Document the "Current situation" and "Desired situation"
    • Important: For the platform to generate relevant activity suggestions, it needs information — in this case, your inputs for the current situation and desired situation (steps 3 and 4 of the process).
  3. After completing the current situation and desired situation, click "+ Generate activity suggestions".
    • The platform will process the information and create tailored suggestions for activities.
  4. Click "Add activity"
    • Copy the suggestions that feel appropriate and paste them into the activity description.
    • Complete the activity by adding a suitable title, setting a due date, and assigning a responsible person.
  5. Click "Save activity"
