Can I cancel a survey?

Scheduled surveys can always be cancelled and reverted to draft. Ongoing surveys and surveys that are sent out immediately cannot be recalled.

How to do it

  1. Navigate via the main menu on the left to "Surveys" > "Future."

  2. Click the icon  Launch-1  on the far right of the row for the survey you want to edit to view its details.

    • In the detailed view, the survey name appears at the top. Next to it, you’ll find three dots  Horisontal

    • Click the three dots and a dialog box opens – confirm to revert the survey to editing mode.
  3. The survey will now appear in the list of drafts under "Surveys" > "Create."
  4. After making your changes, you can choose to either send the survey immediately or schedule it for a later date.
