Create anonymous users

Anonymous users are placeholders in pin code groups – empty shells that represent the number of respondents in the team.

An anonymous user is an empty shell and contains no user information. Anonymous users are only created in teams marked as pin code groups and represent the number of respondents in the team.

Create anonymous users

NOTE: To create anonymous users, there must first be an empty team marked as a pin code group.

📌 Create team

  1. Navigate to Organisation > Manage organisation via the main menu

    • Find the relevant team in the organisation structure – you can search for the team name at the top or click through the group hierarchy

  2. Hover over the team name to reveal three dots (•••) on the right-hand side

    • Click the dots (•••), then select "Create anonymous users"

  3. Enter the number of anonymous users – equal to the number of respondents in the team

    • Select language

    • Save
