Hank

Hank is our chatbot that uses AI to generate answers to questions and concerns about the platform. The answers that are generated are based on the information found here in the Help Center. 

Precisely because Hank's answers are AI-generated, there will always be a risk that certain ambiguities and misunderstandings will occur, and not all answers will always be optimal. The best thing to do when asking Hank questions is to be general (do not ask questions about, for example, customer- or team-specific results or similar) and as clear as possible state the consideration. 

If Hank cannot answer a question or if human help is desired and clarified, the chat will be escalated as a ticket to Customer Care. If so, the dialogue will then be continued via email.
